Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one on one process in which a client works with a trained professional to work on personal issues they may be facing. A lot of times when we are experiencing issues we feel like we can handle it alone, however, through individual therapy you can feel less alone in your suffering because there is someone who wants to help you through this. Allowing yourself to open up and be seen can be scary but an essential point in your self development. I aim to create a safe environment where you can open up without the fear of judgement or criticism, and receive the support that you’ve been looking for.

​In therapy, I’ll help you gain insight into how your past has impacted you and how we can move forward with intention. We’ll gain clarity around your values and what truly matters to you so we can take steps that are rooted in your authenticity.
